Welcome to where the kids hang out! The fitness classes we offer at the USA Ninja Challenge are dynamic, interactive, and most important, fun! We serve ages between 4 and 17, with something unique for everyone.

How to Enroll

  1. Fill out a waiver. Pre-register by filling out our online waiver form HERE. All sections of the waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian before your child can enter the gym area. After receiving your waiver, we will contact you to schedule your child’s “risk free” 1st class. This means if your child does not like the 1st class and you choose not to sign up, you will not be charged. We always like to have a new student come in and try an age appropriate class, give the parents a tour of the facility and answer any questions about our program.
  2. Receive a welcome letter. You will be given a welcome letter with information about our facility.
  3. Wear appropriate attire. Students should wear shorts and a short sleeve T-shirt and bring a water bottle. No shoes needed, we go into the gym barefoot.
  4. Register for classes. If, after the first class, you plan to continue with the program, we will work with you to choose a class time to commit to that is age and skill level appropriate.
  5. Payment. If you do register your child for classes, the introductory class will be billed as his/her first class. You will need to pay an annual registration fee (which is pro-rated based on the time of year) and the first month’s tuition. If your child is enrolled part of way through a month, your first month will be prorated. We offer two payment method; either ACH from a checking account or a credit card on file.   6. That’s it. You’re in! Now your job is to show up for classes with a smile and enjoy watching your ninja grow and progress through the program!

With Ninja Fitness Classes, kids get an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja. With introductions to obstacles on day one and interactive team-building in classes to follow, your child will have a blast while learning fitness and life skills.

Teen Fitness Classes

The teen Warrior training classes consist of warm-ups and slightly more intensive ninja exercises, including a range of obstacles that changes from class to class. Teens will focus on the fundamentals of swinging, climbing, jumping, traversing, balance, tumbling, and floor skills, as well as participate in creative conditioning sessions.

Ninja Jams — Competitions for Kids and Teens

Based on the competitive spirit of American Ninja Warrior, our Ninja Jams are loads of fun for both kids and parents! We host jamboree-style competitions that teach kids and teens the importance of effort, goal-setting, and not sweating the losses.
